COVID-19 / SARS-CoV-2: Effective January 3, 2022, COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 will be considered by the Global Mission Medical Insurance plan administrator the same as any other included illness or injury (subject to all other terms and conditions of the policy wording) and Covid sickness coverage is INCLUDED. Modification to the Pandemic and Epidemic language to include coverage for COVID-19 is made to the GMMI policy. For policies effective from March 11, 2020 through January 2, 2022, COVID-19 will NOT be covered and excluded from coverage. The World Health Organization (WHO) had declared the coronavirus related disease as a pandemic, hence the exclusion applies per the previous policy certificate of insurance document.

- Policy Maximum: Plan offers maximum coverage choices from $1,000,000 to $8,000,000 per individual for the life of the plan.
