Extend Dates to Renew Patriot International Insurance Plan
Renew Patriot International Insurance plan to extend the dates and keep your coverage active. To extend Patriot International Insurance plan dates, the coverage must be active and not expired. Patriot International Insurance is extendable and renewable for a minimum period of 5 days and up to a total duration of 24 months (2 years) of maximum continuous coverage, after which you can re-purchase or again Buy Patriot International Insurance plan with a new Certificate/ID number.
Note: To qualify for renewal, plan certificate must be active. To access your policy information, just log-in with Certificate Number along with the primary insured Date of Birth or the original Effective Date of policy as the password.
